Using Seeds

The agent project implements autonomous task execution:
- State machine: Role-based execution (investigator, refactorer, etc.)
- Risk assessment: Automatic approval for low-risk operations
- Session management: Checkpoints, logs, memory persistence
- Context building: Smart context for different task types
